Tomato and Lentil Soup with Herb Croutons and Crusty Bread


Carved Seasonal Melon, filled with Freshly Cut Exotic Fruits & Winter Berries, topped with Tangerine Sorbet & feathered with a Duo of Fruit Coulis


Warmed Shortcrust Tartlet filled with Haggis and Lightly Peppered Clapshot, traced with a Café au Lait Whisky Sauce, topped with a crisp Spicy Haggis Ball




Roasted Salmon Fillet, topped with Tomato and Coriander, wrapped in Golden Brown Filo Pastry, set on a Spring Onion Mash Potato, served with a traditional Sauce Bonne Femme, with seared King Prawns


Breast of Turkey Paupiette, with Apricot & Sage Stuffing and Crisp Bacon, served with all the trimmings, Chipolatas, Cranberry Sauce and Natural Pan Juices
