Warmed Trio of Oriental Crab Cakes, with Sweet Chili Exotic Vegetables and Beansprouts, feathered with a Plum, Teriyaki Sweet Dressing




Tomato and roasted Red Pepper Soup, with Basil Oil




Glazed Mozzarella Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, with Rocket and Parmesan, with a duo of Dressings




Sorbet of Champagne, with fresh Passion Fruit




Seared Fillets of Sea Bass, on crushed New Potatoes, drizzled with an Orange & Coriander Butter Sauce, topped with roasted King Prawns and served with fine Green Vegetables




Char-grilled Prime Sirloin Steak, on creamy Pomme Dauphinoise, smothered with traditional Peppercorn sauce, topped with Beer Battered Onion Rings




Supreme of free range Chicken, filled with Smoked Cheese and Chorizo, wrapped in Parma Ham, baked and set on crushed New Potatoes, with a Ratatouille Sauce, with fine Green Vegetables
